Verify your Insurance Online (2-3 days)
We are currently accepting Veterans under the community care program with ZERO dollar copay. Other insurances which may cover acupuncture are Blue Cross Blue Shield (multiple states), and Humana GOLD / PLATINUM (with ZERO to $20 CoPay). First you should call your insurance company to find out if you're covered, then get in touch with us to see if we can accept your insurance. We utilize a third party billing team to help us accept many different insurance policies nationwide.
To find out if we can accept your insurance click the verify insurance button and fill out the form. In about 2 to 3 business days we will get back to you to let you know what we've found out about your insurance plan. Please note that verification is not a guarantee that your insurance will pay, and you may be liable for any unpaid claims up to the regular cash price of your visit.
- Some insurance we may accept include:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Humana Gold / Platinum medicare supplements
- Veterans Choice / Community Care Program
- And others!!
Generally speaking Veterans will qualify for free or reduced price care with your doctors referral. They will normally approve 10 to 12 visits over a 2-3 month period at a time. Call your VA program administrator today and find out what you're elligible for.
We use a third party company to help us with our billing so that we can accept a wide variety of insurance types. They charge a flat fee to process claims. Insurance claims are charged a higher rate than our cash fees in accordance with state law, due to the extra time, money, and records keeping involved with accepting insurance. Insurance may refuse to pay your claim for reasons that are outside of our control. We do not and can not guarantee that your insurance will pay the claim, and if denied you could still be liable for the cost of your visit (up to our regular cash price).
